Probeo is a product of Reloop Labs, LLC (“Reloop Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a California limited liability company located at 101 S. Chapel Ave Unit 201, Alhambra, CA 91801. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our website at probeo.io and our services.

2. Information We Collect

We collect three categories of information.

Account information

• Name, email address, and company name when you create an account
• Billing information processed through our payment provider (we do not store credit card numbers)

Website scan data

• Public-facing website pages you submit for analysis
• Technical data extracted from those pages (HTML structure, metadata, headers, performance metrics, accessibility attributes)
• Probeo only scans public-facing pages. We do not access private data, user databases, personally identifiable information of your site visitors, or pages behind authentication unless you configure access.

Usage data

• Browser type, device information, and approximate location
• Pages viewed on probeo.io, referrer URLs, and interaction patterns
• Server logs including IP address, user agent, and timestamps

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, operate, and improve the Probeo platform
• Crawl and analyze the websites you submit
• Generate issue reports, prioritization, and remediation guidance
• Process billing and manage your subscription
• Communicate about your account, service updates, and support requests
• Analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve the product
• Protect against abuse, fraud, and security threats

We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. What We Scan and How

Probeo crawls your website by requesting public-facing pages, the same way a search engine or browser would. We analyze the HTML, metadata, headers, structured data, performance characteristics, and accessibility attributes of each page.

• We only scan URLs found in your sitemap or linked from your public pages
• We do not access server-side databases, application backends, or user session data
• We do not collect personally identifiable information about your website visitors
• We do not modify your website or inject any code
• Our crawler identifies itself as Probeo Bot. You can control its access through your robots.txt file.

5. AI and Automated Analysis

Probeo uses AI models to analyze page content, detect issues, generate remediation guidance, and provide content visibility insights. When we process your data through AI systems, the following applies.

• Data is processed through stateless APIs. Your content is not retained by AI providers beyond the processing window.
• We send only the minimum data required to fulfill the analysis.
• Your data is not used to train third-party AI models.
• AI-generated outputs (issue reports, content analysis, prioritization) are stored in your Probeo account and subject to our data retention practices.

6. Data Retention

• Account data is retained for as long as your account is active, plus 90 days after cancellation
• Scan data and historical reports are retained for the duration of your subscription to provide trending and comparison features
• Server logs are retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging
• Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for product improvement

7. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services to operate the platform.

• Payment processing for billing and subscriptions
• Cloud hosting and infrastructure for data storage and processing
• AI model providers for content analysis and issue detection
• Analytics tools to understand usage patterns on probeo.io
• Email services for account communications

These providers only receive the data necessary to perform their function and are bound by their own privacy policies and our data processing agreements.

8. Data Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to customer data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis. We monitor our systems for unauthorized access and maintain security practices appropriate for the sensitivity of the data we handle.

You have the right to request the following at any time.

• Access to the personal data we hold about you
• Correction of inaccurate information
• Deletion of your personal data and scan history
• Export of your data in a portable format
• Restriction of processing in certain circumstances

10. Cookies and Tracking

Probeo is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has submitted information, we will delete it promptly.

12. International Data Processing

Probeo is based in the United States. If you access our services from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using our services, you consent to this transfer.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email or through the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
