Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Reloop Labs, LLC (“Reloop Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a California limited liability company operating the Probeo platform. By accessing or using Probeo at probeo.io, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Probeo Does

Probeo is a website observability platform. It crawls your public-facing website pages and provides continuous monitoring across security, SEO, performance, accessibility, content quality, and AI readiness. Issues are detected, prioritized by business impact (Fix Now, Fix Soon, Optimize Later), and presented with actionable remediation guidance.

Probeo identifies and reports issues. We do not make changes to your website, access your code repositories, or implement fixes on your behalf.

3. Accounts and Access

To use Probeo, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. All plans include unlimited team seats. You are responsible for the activity of anyone who accesses Probeo through your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Probeo offers two subscription tiers: Clarity (technical health monitoring) and Content Visibility (technical health plus content intelligence). Pricing is based on the number of pages on your website.

• Monthly plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis with no long-term commitment
• Annual plans require a 12-month commitment and lock your price and page count floor for the contract term
• Annual plan billing is locked at your contracted page count for the term and trued up at renewal. Monthly plan billing is based on a rolling 3-month low page count, protecting you from temporary spikes during migrations or content changes.
• You may upgrade your plan at any time. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
• Sites exceeding 5,000 pages require custom pricing

5. Permitted Use

You may use Probeo to do the following.

• Monitor websites you own or have authorization to scan
• Share reports and findings with your team (unlimited seats are included)
• Access Probeo data through our MCP integration for use with AI coding assistants and automated workflows
• Export and use Probeo findings to inform your internal remediation work
• Integrate Probeo data with your project management tools (JIRA, ClickUp) when available

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to do the following.

• Scan websites you do not own or have authorization to scan
• Resell, white-label, or redistribute Probeo data or reports without a separate agreement
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform
• Interfere with the operation of the service or circumvent usage limits
• Use Probeo to conduct attacks, vulnerability scanning for exploitation, or any activity that violates applicable law
• Misrepresent Probeo output as your own proprietary analysis without attribution when used in client-facing deliverables

7. Intellectual Property

Reloop Labs owns all rights to the Probeo platform, including its software, algorithms, design, documentation, and branding. You retain all rights to your website content and data. Probeo scan results and reports generated from your data belong to you. We may use aggregated, anonymized data across all customers to improve the product.

8. Data and Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it. Probeo only scans public-facing pages of the websites you submit. We do not access private data, user databases, or authenticated pages unless you configure access. We never sell your personal information.

9. AI and Automated Analysis

Probeo uses AI models to analyze page content, detect issues, and generate remediation guidance. Data sent to AI providers is processed through stateless APIs and is not retained beyond the processing window. Your data is not used to train third-party AI models. 10. Early Access

Some Probeo features may be offered in early access or beta. These features may change, be removed, or experience limited functionality. We will clearly label early access features. Your use of early access features is at your own discretion.

11. Service Availability

We work to keep Probeo available and reliable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible. Scan frequency depends on your plan and site size, with full-site scans running at least weekly for active subscriptions.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reloop Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Probeo. Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Probeo provides diagnostic information and guidance. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, traffic improvements, or revenue results from acting on our findings.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reloop Labs from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights. We agree to indemnify you from claims arising from our gross negligence or willful misconduct in providing the service.

14. Termination

• Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Annual plans may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Refunds for unused months are not provided unless required by law.
• We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited use.
• Upon termination, your scan data will be retained for 90 days. After that, it will be deleted. You may request an export before deletion.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. Both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email or through the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of Probeo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
